The spaces

Spanning three levels, the chalet reveals its spaciousness as you explore it.

In the basement, two bedrooms — the Bordeaux bedroom and the Blanche bedroom — each have their own en-suite bathroom. This level also features a private cinema room, a laundry room and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, the heart of the home opens onto a large, light-filled living room, a top-of-the-range SMEG fitted kitchen, a state-of-the-art fireplace and a separate toilet. The centrepiece: a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, perfect for unforgettable sunrises and aperitifs.

Upstairs, four bedrooms await you: two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with a walk-in shower, and a children’s bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and… a slide. Each level has its own toilet.
